Tree of Health (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to providing high-quality services and products. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations and rescheduling are handled for consultations, programs and products.
This policy operates in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or failure to attend an appointment may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients.
Refunds for Consultations
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
If Tree of Health needs to cancel your appointment, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.
Tree of Health offers structured wellness programs and packages which require commitment and preparation.
Programs may be paid by:
full payment upfront, or
a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit, or
approved payment plans (including Afterpay or instalment arrangements)
Clinical Preparation & Front-Loaded Service Delivery
Tree of Health programs involve significant clinical preparation, analysis and care planning that occurs before and during the early stages of your program.
This may include, but is not limited to:
As a result, a substantial portion of the clinical value of a program is delivered in the early phase of care, even if all consultations have not yet occurred.
This is why refunds are not available once a program has commenced and why deposits are non-refundable.
Programs are not a collection of individual sessions. They are structured clinical services that require preparation, capacity allocation and ongoing support planning.
Deposit Requirement
A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place in a program and must be paid no later than 24 hours prior to the first consultation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The remaining balance must be paid prior to, or on, commencement of the first consultation unless a payment plan has been arranged.
Failure to make payment by the required time may result in cancellation of your program booking.
Deposits secure clinical capacity, preparation time and program allocation, not just appointment availability.
Commitment to the Program
By enrolling in a program, you are committing to the full duration of the program and associated fees.
Once a program has commenced:
no refunds are provided for change of mind
no refunds are provided for partial participation
unused sessions are forfeited.
This is due to time, preparation and resources already allocated to your care.
Programs are designed as structured clinical care pathways rather than pay-per-session services.
Payment Plans & Afterpay
If you choose to use a payment plan or Afterpay:
you are committing to the full program or service
refunds are not provided once the program has commenced
all payment obligations remain payable regardless of attendance or completion
Afterpay’s own terms and conditions apply in addition to this policy.
Tree of Health is not responsible for managing your Afterpay repayment schedule.
Cancellations Before Program Commencement
If you cancel more than 7 days before your program start date, you may be eligible for a partial refund minus any administrative or preparation costs.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations within 7 days of program commencement are non-refundable.
Cancellations After Program Commencement
Once a program has started:
no refunds are provided for change of mind
no refunds are provided for partial participation
unused sessions are forfeited.
This is due to time, preparation and resources already allocated to your care.
If you choose to use a payment plan or Afterpay:
you are committing to the full program or service
refunds are not provided once the program has commenced
all payment obligations remain payable regardless of attendance or completion
Afterpay’s own terms and conditions apply in addition to this policy
Tree of Health is not responsible for managing your Afterpay repayment schedule.
