You’re not lazy. You’re not broken. And you’re not failing.
Your body has changed. And it needs a different kind of care.
Nourish, then flourish.
You’ve tried all the things…
Cutting out entire food groups.
Detoxes, cleanses, juicing.
Low calorie diets.
Short-term fixes – ‘Fix your hormones in 30 days’, ‘Lose 10kg in 6 weeks’…
And yet here you are again – tired, frustrated, and wondering why your body no longer responds the way it used to.

You don’t recognise your body anymore, and you’ve found yourself Googling for answers you’re not sure will actually work.
The weight crept on slowly at first. Now it feels relentless – shifting upward no matter what you do.
Your energy is on the floor, and sleep doesn’t restore you the way it used to.
You wake in the early hours. Or in a drenching sweat, heart racing.
Your cycle has become something you dread – unpredictable, heavy, disruptive.
You’ve become snappy with the people you love most.
Overwhelmed by things that once felt manageable.
And somewhere along the way, you stopped feeling like yourself.
You want to feel strong again. Clear-headed. At home in your body.
But not with another short-term fix. You’ve tried those. You know they don’t hold.
You want something that finally makes sense.
When your whole body is well nourished, life can start to feel very different.
Imagine waking up with steady energy, not negotiating with exhaustion.
Imagine eating without fear of weight rebound.
Imagine feeling calm inside your body again, not fighting it daily.

After 35, your metabolism shifts.
Your hormones begin their rollercoaster.
By your early 40s, you may start to feel more stressed, more overwhelmed, and less able to cope with things that once felt manageable. This is the beginning of the natural decline in oestrogen and progesterone – the hormones that play a huge role in how your body handles stress, sleep, mood, metabolism and energy.
Your hormones start moving up and down like a yo-yo.
And because all hormone pathways are connected, everything is affected.
Life gets busier.
Life gets harder.
And what used to work no longer does.
This isn’t your fault.
And there’s nothing you can do to stop the natural process of biology.
Stress and modern life don’t help.
Digestive processes that were once effortless become sluggish.
You might feel bloated or constipated for days at a time.
Blood sugar regulation becomes harder.
Your doctor may even have started talking to you about cholesterol, insulin resistance or pre-diabetes.
This isn’t about discipline.
And it’s not something you “fix” like an illness.
It’s about anatomy.
It’s about physiology.
It’s about nurturing your body through a completely new stage of life.
Because with that proper support, things begin to change, for the better.

I created Tree of Health because healing is not something we can force, or force quickly.
It grows. Slowly.
It changes course when life throws curveballs.
And we adapt with it.
It grows when the roots are nourished.
When the foundations are stable.
When the body feels safe again.
A tree doesn’t rush its growth.
It builds strength quietly, steadily, over time.
And it flourishes when it has the right kind of nourishment.
Your body is no different.
When we work with it (not against it), it begins to heal.
And you begin to flourish.

Wherever you are in your health journey, there's a place to begin.

Hi, I’m Julia Brosnan, founder of Tree of Health, qualified herbalist and certified Metabolic Balance® coach.
Alongside being a wife, mother, ballet dancer and pianist, I’ve personally navigated severe hyperthyroidism, perimenopause and severe fatigue using herbs, personalised nutrition and natural therapies.
These experiences have shaped the way I practise and fuelled my passion for helping other women through holistic, tailored programs that support measurable, lasting change.
Based in the Blue Mountains, NSW, I serve and support women across Australia through personalised online care.
I specialise in helping women over 35 achieve sustainable results by addressing the root causes, not just the symptoms.
