Julia Brosnan Tree of Health

Hi, I’m Julia Brosnan — founder of Tree of Health, qualified herbalist and certified Metabolic Balance® coach.

Alongside being a wife, mother, ballet dancer and pianist, I’ve personally navigated severe hyperthyroidism, perimenopause and adrenal fatigue using herbs, personalised nutrition and natural therapies. These experiences have shaped the way I practise and fuelled my passion for helping other women through holistic, tailored programs that support real, lasting change.

I’m based in the Blue Mountains, NSW, and support women across Australia through personalised online care. 

I specialise in helping women over 35 achieve sustainable results by addressing the root causes — not just the symptoms.
